Christopher Biggins Makes Biphobic Comments *Again*

biggins-in-the-diary-roomBisexual activists have today slammed veteran actor Christopher Biggins for biphobic comments aired on Channel 5 and seen by literally dozens of people.

Speaking to fellow contestant Renee Graziano from the bedroom of the Celebrity Big Brother house Biggins claimed that bisexuals are “the worst type”, adding, “what it is is people not wanting to admit they’re gay – be honest, that’s what you’ve got to be”.

Graziano replied: “You have to pick a team!”

In a display of beautiful irony, Graziano had previously told Biggins that being gay was “beautiful” because it’s “who you are”.

This is not the first time that Biggins has made biphobic comments in public. In 2014, Biggins told the Big Issue that “bisexuals should own up to what they are, and not ruin a woman’s life”, conveniently forgetting that female bisexuals exist.

“I suppose he’s got to do something between pantomimes”, one activist told us. “He said we’re just trying to be trendy. People have been saying that for forty years. Not even flares lasted that long.”

We asked our tame activists for their opinion on Renee Graziano, but none of them knew who she was.

Biscuit understands that bi activists and advocates will soon be calling on  Stonewall, the LGBT charity, to end their relationship with Biggins in light of his history of abusive comments.

Libby is a 30-something Londoner, who spends more time reading picture books than is seemly. She became a bi activist entirely by accident, but now she can't imagine living any other way. In the event of an emergency, she'll have a large gin and tonic, thanks.
